Your roster

Talents is the living record of the creators who already work with you: the ones you have signed, the ones you manage and the ones you want at hand for your next campaigns.

Talents and Discover are not the same thing

Discover is the global database: millions of creators you can search and analyse, whether you work with them or not. Talents is your own book: only the creators you have saved, with the data your agency adds on top (category, city, contact, rates, contract notes…). The heading of the screen sums it up: you manage the talents signed with your agency, and a click on any row opens their full profile.

Every agency sees only its own roster. Whatever you save here is shared with your whole team, not just your user.

How a creator gets into your roster

You add them from Discover. When you find someone interesting, you save them and their profile shows up in Talents with a photo and the basic data already filled in.

  1. 1

    Find them in Discover

By filters, in plain language or directly by username. It's all explained in Searching in Discover.
  2. 2

    Click Add

The Add button on the card turns them into a talent of your agency. If you already had them, you'll see Already in DB: they are not duplicated.
  3. 3

    Save them in batches

With several results ticked, the Add to talents action saves them all at once.

When you save them, Influgest downloads their profile picture in the background and checks that there isn't already another entry with the same Instagram profile.

In progressAdding a talent manually and importing from a file are not operational yet: today the way to bring creators in is Discover.

Views by status

Above the table there are four tabs, each with its counter. A talent's status sums up whether you can count on them right now:

ViewWhat it includes
AllYour whole roster, with no filter by status.
ActiveActive — talents who are available and verified. These are the ones you take into a campaign without a second thought.
In reviewIn review — available, but not verified yet. Useful for the ones you have just signed.
PausedPaused — not available. This is the status archived talents end up in.

Searching inside the roster

The Search by name, email, city… box looks at the stage name, the full name, the email address and the city. Start typing and the table filters itself; Enter forces the search and Esc clears it.

The filter, the sorting and the page you're on all travel in the browser address: you can copy the URL and send it to a colleague so they see exactly the same table.

Columns you see and columns you hide

The table comes with these columns out of the box: Talent, Category, Platforms, Followers, Engagement, ES audience, City, Status, Last activity and Joined. By default it is sorted by followers, highest first.

The Columns button decides which ones you see. You can hide them all except Talent, and you have the All and None shortcuts. Your choice is remembered in your browser, so next time you'll find the table just as you left it.

At the bottom you'll see Showing {from}{to} of {total}, a selector for how many rows you want per page and the Previous and Next buttons.

Actions on a row

  • A click on the row opens the quick view: a side panel with the creator's profile, the same one you see in Discover, plus a Campaigns tab with your agency's campaigns they take part in. From there, View profile takes you to the full profile.
  • The row's menu — or a right-click on it — gives you direct access to export their report, archive them or delete them.

Working with several talents at once

Tick the checkboxes on the rows you care about and a bottom bar appears with the {n} selected counter and these actions:

  • Compare: puts two talents face to face. It only enables with exactly two ticked; otherwise you'll see the Select exactly 2 to compare hint.
  • Export: instantly downloads a CSV file with the selected talents. It's the only format available in bulk.
  • Add to campaign: brings the selected talents in as participants of a campaign, without leaving the table. After that you manage them from Creators and statuses.
  • Archive: moves them to Paused. It is reversible and deletes nothing.
  • Delete: erases the selected entries.

Exports

In bulk, only CSV is exported. The Export action in the selection bar generates a CSV with one row per talent and these columns: name, handle, email, city, category, followers, engagement, Spanish audience, status, platforms and join date.

If what you want is a single talent, you have three formats — PDF, XLSX and CSV — from the menu on their row: we explain it in the talent profile.

Custom columns

Every agency works with its own data: agreed rate, size, shooting city, whether the contract is signed, a link to the creator's drive… Custom columns let you add all that to the table without leaving Influgest. You create them with + Add column, at the end of the header row.

Field types

TypeWhat it's for
TextFree text: size, agency, short notes.
NumberAny figure with no special formatting.
PercentageValues as a percentage.
CurrencyAmounts. You pick the currency (euro by default) and how many decimals you want.
DateDates: contract end, last meeting…
URLLinks: media kit, asset folder, portfolio.
CheckboxYes or no: contract signed, exclusivity, NDA.

Creating, editing and sorting

  • The column name is unique and takes up to 80 characters. If you repeat one, you'll see A column called “X” already exists.
  • Every column has its own menu to rename it, move it left or right and archive it. Archiving it makes it disappear from the table but the values are kept, and the name becomes free again.
  • A click on a custom column header sorts it: ascending, descending and unsorted. Empty cells always go last.
  • To fill it in, click the cell and type: it saves straight away. If you leave it empty, the value is cleared.

Next steps

  • Open a talent's profile to see their audience, their brands and their contact details.
  • Take your talents into a campaign and follow their progress in Creators and statuses.
  • If you're still looking for someone to sign, start with Discover and organise the candidates into lists.
