Introduction

A campaign is the central unit of work in Influgest: it brings the brief, the client casting, the creators and their statuses, the detected posts and the final reporting together in one place.

What a campaign is

A campaign represents a brand collaborating with a group of creators. Everything that happens with a creator inside that collaboration —the first conversation, the client’s approval, the pieces they have to deliver, the post and its metrics— lives inside the campaign, not in a spreadsheet on the side.

You open it from the side menu, under Campaigns. The screen is subtitled Brief, tracking and payouts and shows every campaign in your agency: your whole team can see them.

The life cycle

Every campaign has a status, shown as a label next to its name. These are the six possible statuses:

StatusWhat it means
DraftJust created, still being prepared. It is the status every campaign is born in.
ActiveUnder way: the team is working on it.
PausedTemporarily on hold, without calling it finished.
CompletedFinished. Its data is still there to consult and the report is still available.
ArchivedOut of the active list, but recoverable. Nothing is deleted.
CancelledCalled off. This is a final status.

How a campaign moves from one status to another

You change the status by dragging the campaign between columns in the Kanban view, or by archiving it from its actions menu. Not every jump is allowed: the journey has an order.

Organising a lot of campaigns

Folders

The Folders view is the one that opens by default. It groups campaigns into folders you create yourself with New folder —for example Q3 · Black Friday— and which you can give an icon and a colour, rename or delete. Campaigns that are not in any folder show up under No folder. Each row shows Campaign, Status, Budget and the number of creators.

Board

The Kanban view puts one column per status (Draft, Active, Paused, Completed, Archived and Cancelled) and one card per campaign. Dragging a card to another column changes its status, provided the transition is allowed.

Filtering, previewing and exporting

  • Filters: Search campaign by name, Brand, minimum and maximum Budget (€) and Min. talents. You apply them with Apply and remove them with Clear; the result counter sits above.
  • View details: opens a side panel with a quick summary of the campaign —participation, posts, views, reach, engagement, top creators, EMV per platform and the most recent notes— without going into it.
  • Duplicate: creates a copy so you can reuse the same setup for another edition.
  • Archive: takes it out of the active list. The confirmation spells it out: it will disappear from the active list but you can recover it later.
  • Export XLSX: downloads an Excel file with every campaign in your agency.

Inside: the tabs of a campaign

When you open a campaign you see its name, its status, the brand and the end date, a More actions menu with Duplicate and Archive, and eight tabs:

TabWhat it is for
OverviewThe control room: state of the roster, upcoming deliverables, latest posts, time progress, committed and spent budget, EMV evolution and recent team activity.
BriefWhat has to be done and how: objectives, message, tone, deliverables and the tags that switch on automatic tracking. See the Brief page.
CreatorsThe participant board, with the eleven statuses every creator goes through. See Creators and statuses.
PublicationsThe real pieces picked up by tracking, with their metrics. See Publications.
CalendarCampaign milestones, planned deliverables and posts that are already out, in month or agenda view. See Calendar and notes.
CastingRounds of creators proposed to the client for approval from a link. See Casting.
ReportingThe campaign’s aggregated metrics and their analysis. See Reporting.
NotesThe team’s internal thread about the campaign. See Notes.

Inside Reporting there are in turn three analyses available —Summary, Talents and Audience— and two the interface itself announces as Coming soon:

In progressThe Conversion and Content tabs in Reporting are marked Coming soon and do not show data yet.

The usual journey

A campaign normally moves along like this: you create it with the bare minimum, fill in the brief, add creators, propose a casting to the client, confirm the approved ones, plan the deliverables, tracking picks up the posts and, at the end, you share the report.
