Inviting to a campaign

You send an email with the offer, the creator opens it, accepts or declines in one click, and their answer shows up in the campaign on its own. No forms, no sign-up, no spreadsheets.

How it works, in three steps

  1. 1

    You compose the invitation

From the campaign, you choose who you're inviting and customise the email: template, subject and message.
  2. 2

    The creator gets the email

With a link to a page of their own where they see the campaign details: dates, compensation and what they have to deliver.
  3. 3

They answer and you find out right away

They accept or decline and their status updates on its own on the campaign's Creators tab.

Composing the invitation

On the campaign's creators tab, the Invite by email action opens the composer. The screen spells it out: you customise the template, the subject and the message, and the preview on the right uses exactly the same rendering as the actual send. What you see is what they get.

Template

TemplateHow it looks
EditorialThe app's neutral design. Understated and always safe.
Agency colorA header in your brand colour, which you pick in the composer itself.

Subject and message

The Subject comes pre-filled (We're inviting you to the campaign …) and you can rewrite it. Under Personal message you add your own note: why you thought of that person, what you expect from the collaboration, or any detail that isn't in the brief. The greeting is personalised automatically with each creator's name.

Sending to one or to many

You can invite one specific creator or select several and use Send to {n}: each one gets their own email, with their own greeting and their own link. When it's done you'll see the confirmation — Invitation sent to @{creator} or {n} invitations processed.

What the creator sees

Opening the link in the email takes them to a page made for them, with no sign-up and no password. They'll find:

  • The header with your agency's name and, if the campaign has one, the brand the work is for.
  • The We're inviting you to {campaign} headline with a short introduction.
  • Three cards with the essentials: campaign Dates, Compensation (amount and currency) and Deliverables, as tags along the lines of “2 Reels · 1 Post · 3 Stories”. If you've set deliverables specific to them, they see theirs; otherwise, the summary from the brief.
  • The important parts of the brief: the key message highlighted, the tone, the do and don't lists, and the call to action.
  • A sticky bar at the bottom with the Accept invitation and Decline buttons.

How the answer comes back to the campaign

You don't have to note anything down by hand or wait for them to reply through another channel. The moment the creator presses, their status changes on the campaign's Creators tab and the whole team sees it. From there you carry on with your side: sending them the content instructions and opening their creator portal so they can upload their proposals.

The creator may run into a notice saying the invitation doesn't exist or has expired, for two possible reasons: the campaign is no longer active, or the invitation has expired. Send it to them again from the campaign. In that case, the page itself asks them to contact the agency that wrote to them. All you have to do is send the invitation again.
