Dashboard

The interface

You move around Influgest from a sidebar with three groups and two fixed entries at the bottom. This page is the map: what lives where, how to move fast and which parts are still being built.

The layout of the screen

Every screen shares the same layout, so once you recognise it you can find your way anywhere in the product:

  • The sidebar, on the left, with the sections grouped together. It folds and unfolds with Collapse sidebar and Expand sidebar to gain width when you are working with long tables. Next to Talents you will see how many talents your agency has.
  • The top bar, with the breadcrumbs, the notification bell and your user menu.
  • The work area, which takes up the rest. Sections with a lot of content — a campaign, a talent profile — are organised into tabs inside this area.

The sidebar

The sections are grouped under three headings — Main, Management and Communication — and at the bottom there are two entries that are always there: Help center and Settings.

What is still being built

We would rather tell you before you find out on your own. These three pieces are visible in the application, but they don't show real data from your agency yet:

In progressAnalytics. The tabs exist and you can browse through them, but the data they show is sample data. For real metrics, use the reporting of each campaign.
In progressThe Dashboard indicators. The roster shown on the landing screen really is yours; the aggregate indicators at the top are still demo data.
In progressNotifications. The bell and its full screen are built, but the list they show is sample data. The notification preferences you save in Settings are kept, though.

Availability has the full, up-to-date list of what works today and what is still being built.

Emails: which folders are active

In Emails you can read and reply from Inbox and browse Sent. The Drafts, Archive and Spam folders appear in the interface but are not operational yet.

It is the fastest way to get anywhere without walking through the menu. It opens with ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, from any screen; in the sidebar it is also there as Search talents, campaigns….

Start typing and you get two kinds of result: application Pages and Talents from your roster. If you haven't typed anything yet, it offers your Recent items. It works entirely from the keyboard: arrows to move, Enter to open and Esc to close.

InfluGPT, the assistant

In betaThe assistant is in beta: it works, but it may change.

InfluGPT is the Influgest conversational assistant, with a highlighted entry in the sidebar. You ask it in plain language about your campaigns, your creators or your metrics and it answers with your agency's information, so you don't have to know which screen every piece of data lives on. What it can look up, how its proposals work and its limits are on the InfluGPT page.

The top bar and your user menu

On the right of the top bar you have the notification bell and your avatar. Clicking the avatar opens a menu with six entries: My account, Appearance, Notifications, Security and privacy, Help & support, which opens this documentation, and Sign out. The first four are shortcuts to the Settings tabs.

From Appearance you can change how the application looks: light or dark mode, colour tone, sidebar style and interface style. And from My account, the language: the interface is available in Spanish, English and Italian. Both settings are saved in your browser, so everyone on the team can use Influgest the way they prefer without affecting anyone else. The detail of every option is in Settings.

Inside a campaign

Campaigns are the part of the product with the most content, which is why they are organised into tabs. When you open a campaign you will see these eight:

TabWhat you'll find
OverviewThe big picture of the campaign: status, period, budget and how the execution is going. Introduction to Campaigns.
BriefThe document with objectives, requirements and deliverables that is shared with the creators. Brief.
CreatorsThe participant board, where each creator moves through their statuses until they publish. Creators and statuses.
PublicationsThe published pieces and their metrics, updated on their own. Publications.
CalendarThe campaign's key dates, in calendar view. Calendar and notes.
CastingThe creator proposal round and the link your client uses to approve or reject. Casting.
ReportingThe campaign results and the read-only link for the client. Reporting.
NotesThe team's shared context about this campaign. Calendar and notes.

Inside Reporting there are three views of its own: Summary, with the campaign totals; Talents, with talent-by-talent performance; and Audience, with the aggregate demographics and the unique audience analysis.

Pages that people outside your team see

Not all of Influgest sits behind a login. There are four pages that open from a link and that your client or your creators use without an account:

  • Casting approval: your client reviews the proposed creators and approves or rejects them. How it is shared.
  • Campaign invitation: the creator accepts or declines taking part. See invitations.
  • Creator portal: instructions, deadline, content proposals and the published mark. See the portal.
  • Shared report: the read-only version of the campaign reporting. How it is shared.
