Lists

Named sets of creators, to keep the talent you've already vetted within reach: by category, by campaign, or by the intent you saved them with.

What a list is

A list is a named collection of talent from your agency. It's there to group creators you want to keep track of: the ones in a vertical, the candidates for a brand, the ones who have already worked with you, or the ones you want to pitch next week.

Open it from the sidebar, under Lists. Like saved searches, lists are shared with the whole agency: your entire team can see and edit them.

A list is not the same thing as a saved search. A search saves criteria and returns results that change; a list saves specific creators, who only change if someone adds or removes them.

Creating and organising lists

  1. 1

    Open Lists in the sidebar

You'll see the table of your agency's lists with their cover, name, the avatars of their members with the count, and the date they were last updated.
  2. 2

    Press New list

Type the name in the List name field, right there in the table, and confirm.
  3. 3

    Add talent

Go into the list and use Add talents. We cover it in the next section.

On the list table you can also:

  • Search by name with the Search lists… field.
  • Rename a list with the edit icon: the name is changed in the row itself.
  • Delete it from the row menu. It asks for confirmation and can't be undone. Deleting a list does not delete the talent it contains: they stay in your roster.

Inside a list

Adding talent

The Add talents button opens a search over your agency's talent (Search talents by name…). Tick the checkboxes for everyone you want and confirm: they're all added at once. Anyone already in the list shows up marked as Already in the list, so there's no risk of duplicates.

The members table

Inside the list, each creator takes up a row with these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
TalentAvatar, name and the verified badge if they have one.
HandleThe creator's @username.
FollowersThe size of their community.
EngagementTheir engagement rate, as a percentage.
CountryThe creator's country.

Rows are sorted by the date they were added, most recent first. Lists have no column sorting and no configurable columns: that's what the full view of your roster is for.

What you can do from here

  • Open the full profile: one click on the row brings up the same side panel as in Discover, with the audience report, the brands and the popular posts.
  • Remove a creator: the Remove from list button in their row. It only takes them out of that list; they're still talent in your agency.
