Settings
Settings brings together everything you configure once and never touch again: your profile, how the app looks, your team, the rates EMV is calculated with and the accounts you connect.
How to get there
Settings sits at the bottom of the side menu, next to the Help center. Inside, navigation is by vertical tabs: Account, Appearance, Branding, EMV rates, Team, Billing, Integrations, Notifications and Security. The avatar menu in the top right is a shortcut to several of them, although it doesn't name them the same way: there the first tab shows up as My account and Security as Security and privacy.
Account
Your personal details inside the agency workspace. Here you change:
Profile photo: PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB.Full nameandJob title, free text along the lines of Head of Talent that helps your team know who does what.Email: shown but not editable. It's the one you sign in with.Role: informational. It's set in the invitation you joined with, and can't be changed from here.Time zone: so the dates and times you see match your working day.Interface language: see the next section.
The Cancel and Save changes buttons only light up when there's something to save, so there's no way to walk away thinking you saved when you didn't.
Interface language
Influgest is available in Spanish, English and Italian, with every string translated. The ES / EN / IT selector is in the Account tab, under Interface language.
The change is immediate —you'll see the confirmation in the new language already— and it's remembered in that browser. Since it's your own preference, a colleague can use the app in another language without affecting you: the data is the same, only the labels change.
Appearance
Four independent choices that combine with each other. They're all saved on your device, not in your account: if you sign in from another computer, you'll have to pick them again.
Light and dark mode
The Mode switch toggles between Light and Dark. With dark mode on and the Classic skin, Dark mode intensity also appears, with three levels: Soft (gentle greys), Standard (balanced) and Deep (pure black). Choose Deep if you work at night or on an OLED screen.
Colour tone
Six palettes for the app's background and accents:
| Tone | Character |
|---|---|
Arena | Warm beige. It's the default tone. |
Niebla | Bluish grey, cool neutral. |
Salvia | Muted green, botanical. |
Carbón | Warm stone, high contrast. |
Rubor | Dusty pink, soft warm. |
Azahar | Pastel yellow, luminous. |
Interface style (skins)
Classic is the original look: solid surfaces and crisp borders. Glass presents the app as translucent glass over a gradient backdrop, with blur and pills. It works in both light and dark, and you turn it on with a click on its card.
Glass skin is in beta: fully usable, but it can change from one day to the next.Sidebar style
The side menu takes three finishes of its own: Dark, Vibrant and Pastel. It's what changes the overall feel of the app the most for the least effort.
Branding
The details and visual identity your agency uses in the material third parties see. You can set the Agency logo, the Client logo and a Primary color and Secondary color, with an instant preview.
When you create a shared report link you can also pick a specific logo for that report, without touching the agency's.
EMV rates
This is where you decide what prices the EMV of all your campaigns is calculated with. The table crosses platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and X) with format (post, story, reel, video, short and live), and each cell is a rate in euros per impression.
The default values are public industry benchmarks, from the Ayzenberg 2025 report. What each rate means and how it feeds the calculation is in Metrics and calculations; here's how to override any row with the rate that best fits your business:
- 1
Edit the rate on the row
The edited row is flagged with theOverridelabel and theSourcecolumn stops pointing to the benchmark value. - 2
Check the effect on the next calculation
Reports start using your rate from that moment on. A report already frozen as a snapshot keeps the figures it had. - 3
Go back whenever you want
Restore defaultreturns the row to the original benchmark value.
Team
The list of people with access to your agency's workspace, with their avatar, job title and role. Anyone who hasn't activated their account yet is marked as Invited.
Inviting someone
The Invite member button opens a form with the person's email and their role. They'll get an email with a link to activate their account and go straight into your agency's workspace. If the email already has an account, or it's your own, the app tells you.
What each role means
When you invite someone you choose their role from three options. This is what the invitation screen says about each one:
| Role | How the invitation screen describes it |
|---|---|
Admin | Full access. Can invite and manage members. |
Manager | Manages campaigns, talents and reports. No team or billing access. It's the default role when inviting and the one that fits most of the team. |
Viewer | Read-only. Meant for clients or external stakeholders who need to look without touching. |
Owner is the role of whoever created the agency workspace and isn't offered as an option when inviting.
Billing
The tab where you'll check your plan, your payment method and your invoices. Plan and payment management happens in our billing provider's secure portal, which you reach from here.
Integrations
The external accounts you connect so you can work without leaving Influgest. There are two today:
Company email
Connect your agency's mailbox to send and receive email from the Emails section. Only one provider can be connected at a time, and Google and Microsoft accounts are supported. The buttons are Connect, Reconnect and Disconnect.
Link your agency's Instagram account to use direct messages inside the platform. Disconnecting removes the link, and you can always connect it again.
Connection health
Each integration shows a status label. If you see Reconnection required, or a notice along the lines of Your inbox needs attention in the mailbox, come back here and hit Reconnect: re-authorising access is usually enough. In the meantime, you'll still see whatever had already been synced.
Notifications
Here you choose how and when we notify you, with switches grouped by channel that save themselves:
- Email: campaigns and deliverables, brand mentions, payments and payouts, and the weekly summary.
- Push: new messages and content approval.
- In-app: mentions of your handle.
Security
From this tab you can change your password —it will ask for the current one before accepting the new one— and turn on two-step verification, with an authenticator app or a code by SMS.
The full detail of how it's set up and what happens when you sign in with verification on is in Account and access.
