Creators and statuses
The Creators tab is the campaign’s board: who is taking part, where each of them stands and what is missing before they publish. Every creator moves through a flow of eleven statuses grouped into five phases.
The eleven statuses
Every creator in a campaign has one status, and only one. The name you see in the app is the one in the Status column of this table:
| Status | Phase | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Brief pending | Recruitment | Just added to the campaign: they still need to be contacted and sent the brief. It is the starting status for every creator who comes in. |
| In discussion | Recruitment | Contact is open and terms are being negotiated. It is set automatically when you send the email invitation. |
| Casting · pending | Casting | Proposed to the client in a casting round, waiting for their decision. |
| Casting · approved | Casting | The client has given them the green light. |
| Casting · refused | Casting | The client has rejected them. |
| Participating | Production | Confirmed in the campaign: there is a deal and they are going to collaborate. |
| Instructions | Production | They have already been given the content instructions and know what they have to deliver. |
| Content approval | Production | Their drafts are under review, waiting to be approved. |
| Published (auto) | Published | Tracking has automatically detected a post of theirs that matches the campaign. |
| Published | Published | Publication confirmed. This is a final status. |
| Declined | Out | Out of the campaign, either because they turned the invitation down or because you dropped them. This is a final status. |
Above the board there is a phase filter made of pills with counters: All, Recruitment, Casting, Production, Published and Out. It lets you look only at the part of the flow you are working on right now.
How to move a participant
- In the
Kanbanview, by dragging their card to another column. - From the card, with the
Move to…action, which lists the possible statuses. - In the
Tableview, by selecting several rows and usingSet statusto change them all at once. - Without touching anything: some actions move the status on their own. Sending an email invitation to someone in
Brief pendingmoves them toIn discussion; the creator accepting the invitation moves them toParticipatingand turning it down moves them toDeclined; casting moves them between the statuses in its phase; and tracking takes them toPublished (auto)when it detects their post.
Allowed transitions
The flow has an order, so not every jump is possible. These are the valid transitions from each status:
| From | Can move to |
|---|---|
Brief pending | In discussion, Participating or Declined |
In discussion | Casting · pending, Participating or Declined |
Casting · pending | Casting · approved or Casting · refused |
Casting · approved | Participating |
Casting · refused | Declined |
Participating | Instructions, Published or Declined |
Instructions | Content approval or Declined |
Content approval | Published (auto), Instructions (going back) or Declined |
Published (auto) | Published |
Published | — (final status) |
Declined | — (final status) |
The full journey is Brief pending → In discussion → Casting · pending → Casting · approved → Participating → Instructions → Content approval → Published (auto) → Published. The casting can be skipped: from Brief pending or In discussion you can go straight to Participating.
The two board views
A switch flips between Kanban and Table. The app remembers which one you prefer.
Kanban
One column per status —all eleven—, grouped under their phase headers and tinted with each status’s colour. Every card shows the creator’s avatar, name and username, plus a source label; hovering reveals Move to…, Invite and the action to remove them. Columns with nobody in them show Drag creators here.
Eleven columns is a lot, so the Columns menu —with the Columns · N/11 counter— lets you hide the ones you do not use. Inside you have Only with creators, which leaves only the columns with people in them, and Show all, to bring them back. At least one column must always stay visible, and the setting is remembered separately for each campaign.
Table
The same information in rows, with the columns Creator, Status, Networks, Community, Tags, Required content, Published content, Last note, Spent and Actions. You can tick several rows and apply bulk actions: Set status, Invite by email and Delete. Deleting asks for confirmation, because —as the dialog itself warns— it cannot be undone.
Adding creators to the campaign
The Add talent button opens a menu with these options:
- 1
By URL
You paste profile addresses from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch or X, one per line (commas work too). The app validates every line and flags the ones it cannot use, and it ignores profiles that were already there. Careful: profile data such as followers and engagement is updated in the background over the following minutes, so you may see it empty at first. - 2
By handle
OpensSearch and add talent: you pick a platform, search by name or username and add from the results. Here you can only search on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube:TwitchandXappear in the selector, but disabled and marked asComing soon.
From a list, to bring in a whole list at once, but it is marked as Coming soon and cannot be used yet.You can also add them from outside the campaign: in Discover or in your roster, by selecting profiles and using Add to campaign. However they come in, they all arrive in Brief pending status and each one shows where it came from: Manual, Roster or Discovered.
A participant’s profile
Clicking a creator opens a side panel with everything about them in this campaign, split into tabs:
| Tab | What you’ll find |
|---|---|
Stats | The creator’s profile with the same metrics you see everywhere else in the app. |
Media plan | The agreed rate and the pieces they have to deliver, each with its estimated publication date. It saves itself, and it feeds the campaign calendar and the upcoming deliverables in the overview. |
Content | The content instructions for this creator and the approval of their drafts, version by version. It is what they see in their portal. |
Info | Identity (name, username, followers, country), deal details (status, agreed rate, date added), tags and internal notes. |
Comments | A thread of internal notes about that creator. Only your team sees it. |
Workflow | Their current status, the phase they are in and the full history of status changes. |
