Calendar and notes
Two tabs that answer the two questions that come up most often in a live campaign: what is due this week, and what was decided last week.
The calendar
The Calendar tab puts what is planned and what has already gone out on the same timeline. There is nothing to fill in: it picks up dates you have already entered elsewhere in the campaign.
What shows up on it
| Event type | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
Milestone | Campaign start and Campaign end, taken from the campaign dates. They are painted in the colour you assigned to it. |
| Deliverables | Every piece in a creator’s Media plan that has an estimated publication date. They are colour-coded by type: post, story or reel. |
Published | Real posts that have already been detected, in green and with an Open post link to view them on their network. |
Creators who were dropped or rejected in casting do not clutter the calendar: their deliverables disappear from the view.
The two views
Month: the classic grid, with weeks running Monday to Sunday. Good for seeing the workload at a glance and spotting days with too many deliverables bunched together.Agenda: the same information as a chronological list. More comfortable for going over what is coming next, one item after another.
You can move to the previous or next month with the arrows and come back to the present with Go to today.
If the calendar is empty
The empty state says Nothing scheduled yet and explains exactly what is missing. There are two ways to fill it:
- Setting a
Startand anEndfor the campaign, which is what creates the two milestones. - Setting estimated dates for each creator’s deliverables, in
Creators→ creator profile →Media plan. See Creators and statuses.
The team’s notes
The Notes tab is the campaign’s internal thread: the Campaign activity in chronological order. It is where you write down what normally gets lost in a chat —why a creator was dropped, what the client asked for over the phone, what was agreed about a date— so whoever comes along next can find it.
Everything written here is internal: your team sees it, never the creator or the client.
Writing a note
The editor takes bold, italics and underline. To flag someone in particular, type @ and pick a teammate: the interface reminds you with use @ to mention someone on the team. The note is posted with ⌘ + Enter.
What you see in the thread
Besides the comments you write yourselves, the thread picks up mentions and campaign events, each with its relative time (5 min ago, yesterday…). The most recent notes also surface in the Recent activity block of the Overview and in the View details panel of the campaign list, so you do not have to come in here to know whether something has happened.
Attaching files
The editor offers an attach button and shows the file’s name, size and type, but the file itself is not stored yet. For now, share files through your usual channel and leave the link or the reference in the note.
