Saved searches

Landing on the right combination of filters takes a few attempts. Save it under a name and it's one click away next time, for you and for your whole team.

What exactly gets saved

A saved search is a snapshot of the search engine's state at the moment you saved it. It doesn't save results or profiles: it saves the recipe for getting them again. It includes:

  • The search mode: Search by filters or AI Search.
  • Every active filter, both creator and audience ones. The full catalogue is in the filter reference.
  • The sorting chosen under Sort:.
  • The description text, if you saved it from AI Search.
  1. 1

Leave the search panel the way you want to keep it

Set the filters and the sorting. You don't need to have pressed Search: it's the state of the panel that gets saved.
  2. 2

    Open the saved searches panel

With the Saved filters button in the filter panel. A drawer opens from the right.
  3. 3

    Press Save current search

Type a name under Search name and confirm. The name is required: without it you'll see the Name is required. warning.

Retrieving and managing your searches

The Saved tab in the drawer holds every search in your agency, with the count in the header. On each one you can do this:

ActionWhat it does
Apply and searchLoads the saved filters into the panel and runs the search straight away. It's a single click on the search itself.
View filterShows the detail of what was saved, arranged into Creator filters, Audience filters, Sorting and AI prompt. If no filter was active, it says so.
Edit filterOpens an editor with the Influencer and Audience sections so you can change the name and the values without rebuilding the search from scratch.
DeleteRemoves the search for the whole agency. It doesn't affect lists or talent.

As the list grows, the drawer offers a text search and a filter by type: All, Search or AI.

They belong to the agency, not to you

Saved searches are shared with your whole team. The drawer header says as much: they belong to the agency, not to an individual. Any of your teammates can apply, edit and delete them.

It works the same way as lists and as the history in the creator comparison view: in Influgest, discovery work belongs to the agency.

The General tab in the drawer offers pre-built combinations to get going quickly before you have your own (micro- influencer bands or common topics, for example). They're applied in one click, just like a saved search, and from there you can tweak the filters and save your own version.

In betaThe catalogue of featured filters keeps evolving: the specific combinations you see may change over time.

Next steps

  • Go over what each control saves in the filter reference.
  • The creators you find are organised into lists once they're saved to your agency.
  • And they go head to head in the comparison view before you decide.
