InfluGPT

Influgest's conversational assistant. Ask it in plain language about your campaigns, your creators or your metrics and it answers with your agency's data; and when you ask it to do something, it proposes the action and doesn't lift a finger until you confirm.

What it is and where it lives

In betaThe assistant is in beta: it works, but it may change.

InfluGPT sits at the bottom of the side menu, next to the Help centre and Settings. Pressing it opens a panel on the right that follows you across the whole application: you can keep navigating while you talk, and the panel opens and closes without losing the thread.

The assistant knows which screen you're on. If you ask What is the EMV of this campaign? with a campaign open, it understands which one you mean without you naming it.

What you can ask it

Anything that's already in your agency: no need to know which screen each piece of data lives on. The panel itself suggests examples such as List my active campaigns or Find fitness talents in Spain. It can look up:

  • Your talent: it searches the roster by name, category or characteristics.
  • Your campaigns: it lists, opens and summarises any campaign, with its status, budget and dates.
  • Campaign metrics: the numbers from reporting, explained in the conversation.
  • New creators: it searches profiles that aren't yours yet, the way you would in Discover, and brings back their audience demographics.

Answers aren't just text: when the data calls for it, it replies with cards — campaign tables with budget and deadline, creator profiles with their figures, or an audience's demographics with Top countries, Top cities, Audience interests, Age and follower credibility.

Asking for actions: proposals

InfluGPT can also do things, not just tell you about them. Today it knows how to propose three actions:

ActionWhat it prepares
Create campaignA new campaign with the details you gave it in the conversation.
Add creatorAdding a specific creator to a campaign.
Change statusMoving a participant to another status on the creator board.

None of them run on their own. The assistant shows you a Proposal card with a summary of what it's about to do and two buttons: Confirm and Cancel. After your decision, the card is marked Executed, Rejected or, if something went wrong, Failed — so the conversation keeps a record of what actually happened.

Conversations and dictation

The history

Every chat is kept. New conversation starts from scratch, and History holds all the previous ones: you can reopen them to pick up where you left off, Archive the ones you no longer use, or delete them.

Speaking instead of typing

The panel's microphone (Dictate by voice) turns your voice into text using the browser's dictation. The first time, the browser will ask for permission to use the microphone.

Privacy and limits

  • The assistant only sees your agency's data: it answers with your campaigns, your talent and your metrics, with the same isolation between agencies as the rest of the platform.
  • It's in beta and it converses through a language model: it can be wrong. Before making an important decision on a figure, check it on its own screen — what each number measures is in Metrics and calculations.
  • The Attach and Style buttons appear in the panel but don't work yet: the interface itself marks them as Coming soon.
