Creating a campaign
Creating a campaign costs you a name. Everything else —brand, dates, budget, creators— can be filled in later, once you know what it is.
Signing one up, step by step
From Campaigns, click New campaign. A window opens with two steps.
- 1
Fill in the campaign details
The first step is calledCampaign details. Only the name is mandatory; the rest of the fields are there for when you need them. - 2
Add your first talents, if you want to
The second step,Add the first talents, is optional. You can skip it withCreate without talentsand add them later from theCreatorstab. - 3
Confirm with Create campaign
The campaign does not exist until you confirm: if you close the window first, nothing is saved. Once created, it is born inDraftstatus. - 4
Carry on where it leaves you
If you added talents, the app takes you straight to theCreatorstab. If you did not, it takes you to the Brief, which is the best place to carry on.
The fields in the form
These are all the fields in the first step, with their exact labels:
| Field | What it means | Required |
|---|---|---|
Campaign name | How your team will recognise it in lists, the calendar and reports. It is the only mandatory field. | Yes |
Brand | The client you are working for. Suggestions with their logo appear as you type; if the brand is not there, you can create it on the fly with Create custom brand. | No |
Folder | The folder it will be saved in, picked from a searchable selector. By default, No folder. | No |
Color | The colour used to tint the campaign’s milestones in the calendar and other visual details. It fills itself in with the corporate colour of the brand you chose, and you can swap it for a Custom color or leave it with No color. | No |
Start | The date the campaign kicks off. It sets the start milestone in the calendar and feeds the time progress calculation in the Overview. | No |
End | The planned closing date. It cannot be earlier than the start date; the interface will not let you. | No |
Budget (€) | The total budget in euros. It is the reference the Overview uses to work out what is committed and what is spent. | No |
The “Content to track” dropdown
The form includes a collapsible Content to track section with the fields Mentions @, Hashtags # and Keywords.
The tags that actually switch on automatic post detection are set in the Brief, under Required hashtags and Required mentions. Configure them there.
Adding your first talents
The second step offers three ways to bring creators in from the start. You pick one with the switch at the top:
Paste handles(the default option): you paste one@handleor URL per line and clickResolve and add. It recognises Instagram and TikTok from the address.Your talents: searches inside your agency’s roster. It does not use up data credits.Discover: searches for creators by username or name in the Discover database, with a minimum of two characters.
The creators you add here enter the campaign in the initial Brief pending status. From there you move them along the flow from the Creators tab.
